It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 16th European Hidradenitis Suppurativa Foundation (EHSF 2027) Conference in February 2027 in Zagreb.

Over recent years, hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) has emerged as one of the most challenging and rapidly evolving fields in dermatology. Significant advances in our understanding of disease pathogenesis, inflammatory pathways, comorbidities, imaging, and targeted therapies are transforming the way we diagnose and manage this complex condition. At the same time, HS continues to profoundly affect the quality of life, mental health, and social well-being of our patients, reminding us that scientific progress must always be accompanied by compassionate, multidisciplinary care.

This conference aims to bring together leading experts, clinicians, researchers, surgeons, nurses, psychologists, patient advocates, and healthcare professionals from across Europe and beyond to exchange knowledge, share experience, and foster collaboration. Through a comprehensive scientific programme, participants will explore the latest developments in HS research and clinical practice.

Beyond the scientific sessions, we hope this meeting will provide an opportunity to strengthen professional networks, inspire new ideas, and encourage future collaborations dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals living with HS.
